1. What these cover

These terms cover this website, keep.botzone.ai, and the churn-risk snapshots published from it. The service is operated by Botzone Limited, registered in Ireland, company number 814822.

There is no account to open, nothing to buy and no API. If you have received a snapshot, reading it is the whole of your involvement.

2. What Keep is

Keep is a churn reduction service for B2B SaaS companies, delivered by a team of software agents that score accounts, predict which are likely to leave, and run retention work against them. That service is sold and set up by agreement, and these terms do not govern it. A signed agreement does.

What these terms cover is this website and the churn-risk snapshots published from it. Keep watches public job postings in the United Kingdom and Ireland for customer-success leadership roles, and where it finds one it assembles a one-page snapshot for that company from public sources and sends it to the person responsible for the posting. If you received one of those, sections 3 and 4 are the ones that matter to you.

3. What a snapshot is made of

Three different kinds of content sit on the page, and they are not equally reliable:

• Sourced signals - statements drawn from a named public source, printed with that source and its publication date. These are the most reliable lines on the page.
• A modelled figure - a revenue-at-risk range calculated from published sector benchmarks applied to an estimated headcount, with those inputs printed underneath it.
• Written commentary - the three risks and the suggested play. These are drafted by a language model from the signals above, and each states what triggered it.

4. A snapshot is not advice, and not a measurement

The revenue-at-risk range is an illustration built from sector averages and an estimated headcount. It is not a measurement of your business, it is not a forecast, and the range is not a statistical confidence interval. Nothing in a snapshot is financial, investment, legal or professional advice, and it should not be relied on for any decision without your own numbers in front of you.

The underlying sources can be wrong, out of date, or about a different company with a similar name. If you spot an error, please tell me at stephen@botzone.ai and I will correct or withdraw it.

5. Ownership

The snapshot as a document, along with this website and the software behind both, belongs to Botzone Limited. The underlying facts do not belong to anyone, and your company's own information remains yours. You are welcome to share a snapshot about your own company internally, quote it, or ignore it.

Please do not resell snapshots, or use the service to compile information about companies you have no business relationship with.

6. Acceptable use of this site

It is a static website with no login. Do not attempt to enumerate snapshot links, probe the hosting, or use automated tools to harvest content from it. Snapshot addresses contain a random token precisely so that they cannot be guessed, and guessing at them is not a security test I have invited.

7. Availability

The site is served as static files behind a content delivery network and I expect it to stay up, but I do not guarantee availability and there is no service level attached to it. Snapshot links may be withdrawn at any time, and will be withdrawn immediately on request.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Botzone Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from a snapshot or from this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Your data

How your details were obtained, why that is lawful, and how to have them deleted are set out in the privacy notice. A deletion request is honoured whether or not you agree with these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows when they last did.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
